These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of innerskinn.co.uk (the “Site”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments at Inner Skinn. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. It reserves your treatment time exclusively for you and covers preparation costs.
If you wish to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to a new date. Your deposit can only be transferred once.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend (“no shows”), will result in the deposit being retained. A new deposit will be required to book future appointments.
If you are unwell within 48 hours of your appointment, don't hesitate to get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
By booking with Inner Skinn, you agree to these terms.
2. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any treatments, products, pre-paid packages, or gift cards purchased in-clinic or online.
If you purchase a pre-paid package or gift card and change your mind, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, provided it has not been redeemed in part or full.
After the 14-day cooling-off period, our standard no-refund policy applies. We cannot offer refunds for redeemed or partially used pre-paid packages or gift cards.
Pre-paid packages and gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If illness or unforeseen circumstances prevent you from using them within this period, please contact us to discuss options.
3. Lateness Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full treatment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened, but the full fee will still apply.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation under our Deposit & Cancellation Policy, meaning the deposit will be retained.
4. Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are non-refundable once purchased, except within the 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases that have not been redeemed.
Gift cards can be used towards any treatment at Inner Skinn unless otherwise specified.
